Greening Taupō Day

Celebrations will include a community Arbor Day Planting Event with support from Taupō District Council. Join us between 9.30 am and 11.30am on Tauhara Road (along the back of the golf course) to plant native trees, participate in the range of free activities and enjoy a morning team put on by the Country Kidz teaching team.  This planting is part of the long-term vision of creating native corridors into Taupō to bring native wildlife to urban Taupō and link up the remaining stands of native bush.
